Thousands are without homes, electricity, water, and basic necessities. 🏠💡🚰 We are proud to announce that Valley View School District is participating in the NEA Hurricane Relief Drive to collect and deliver essential supplies to those affected by these devastating hurricanes. 🙏🌪️ 🗓️ Donations will be accepted until Thursday, October 24th. From Blazer grads to Blazer teachers, we are thankful to have our hometown educators like Mr. Joe Waleszonia! Joe is a 2018 graduate of Valley View High School. He was a member of the football, basketball, and baseball teams, where he was an All-State Football and Baseball player. He is currently serving as a High School World History teacher and a Jr High assistant football and basketball coach. Joe’s favorite memories of being a student at Valley View include all the football, basketball, and baseball games he played in over the years and being the class that brought the Homecoming Parade back to Valley View! #TeamBlazer #Blazergrads

For tonight's Jr. High Football Game vs. Brookland, there will only be two ticket gates. The main gate (north entrance) and the visitors gate will be open. The south ticket gate closest to the Blazer Arena will not be open.

This is an automated message from Valley View School District. Due to CWL making repairs on campus, the South entrance of the gravel lot where elementary stages cars for afternoon pick up will be closed. CWL will have barricades and workers in the area. Please use the north entrance of the fenced in area for elementary staging this afternoon and begin lining up on the east side of the gravel parking lot. Vehicles will exit the staging area through the new gate used for the tailgating area on Friday nights. Please watch for Mr. Coleman and Officer Baker for further direction this afternoon. This new staging plan will continue for the next several weeks as we understand the repairs will likely take two weeks to complete. We apologize for any inconvenience as we were just made aware of these CWL emergency repairs.
