Valley View campuses have been cleared and are ready to welcome our Blazers back to school, but as you know many neighborhood roads remain icy and hazardous. Superintendent Popejoy and Transportation staff will continue to closely monitor road conditions and will make an official decision by 6:00 p.m. tonight regarding school for Monday, February 2, including the possible use of modified bus routes and snow bus stops. Due to hazardous road conditions on secondary roads, Valley View Public Schools will be CLOSED on Friday, January 30, 2026. Valley View School District will utilize the built-in inclement weather instructional hours included in the 2025-2026 district calendar. The plan for the remaining 108 minutes to be made up will be determined at a later date. Stay safe, warm, and enjoy the snow!
