Our talented 2nd graders at Valley View Elementary created their own self portraits — and they did an amazing job! 🧑🎨👩🎨
Did you know the word “selfie” actually comes from the idea of a self portrait? 🤳 500 years ago, if you wanted a picture of yourself, you had to hire an artist to paint it! 🎨🖌️ No cameras, no phones, no filters!
These young artists captured their images beautifully on paper — true creativity at work! ✏️🖼️
