🏀🎉 As we prepare for the Basketball Centennial Celebration, we proudly honor one of the most memorable seasons in Valley View history — the 1985–86 campaign. That unforgettable year culminated in a hard-fought Championship game, where the Blazers finished as Class A State Runner-Up after a 60–52 battle with Wabbaseka-Tucker. 🏆 Even more remarkable, this achievement stands as one of only two state runner-up finishes in Valley View basketball history — a true testament to the heart, grit, and legacy of that team. 💙💛 👏 The 1985–86 Boys Basketball Team, along with their families, will be recognized during the Centennial Celebration on Friday, January 23, at Blazer Arena. Throwback Thursday 🚌✨ An old school bus got a second life when Valley View School District donated it to the Athletic Booster Club in 1980!💙 Students painted it blue 🎨, and Rocky Clements and Randy Stimach added the name “Blazer Mobile” on both sides. ✍️🔥 The Blazer Mobile took students to away basketball games 🏀🚍 — just 50¢ a ride!💰 💯 school spirit! #BlazerPride🔥
