The 6th grade had a fantastic time attending the Jonesboro FOA’s production of Elf the Musical! 🎄🎭 ✨ It was such a fun and festive experience, and it made it even more special to see some of our very own Blazers shining on stage and working behind the scenes. 🌟👏 We loved celebrating the arts and cheering on familiar faces! #BlazerPride🔥

✨🖤 Small Acts of Kindness can Make a Big Impact! 🎄Last Friday, our Altruismo House visited a local nursing home to share the joy of the season, delivering heartfelt cards and gifts donated over the past few weeks. We are so proud of these students for taking the time to spread Christmas cheer! ✨

This week we’re making Christmas extra festive with dress-up days! 🎄 Today was Grinch vs. Elf—who do you think won?! 💚❤️

📚✍️ Students in Mrs. Watkins’ class explored the structure and style of sonnet poetry, including rhyme schemes, rhythm, and the classic 14-line format. This week, they put their knowledge into action by writing their own original poems—using creative language and poetic techniques to express their ideas! 🎨📝

💡✨ Innovation Week Fun! ✨💡 Our 5th grade G.T. students and Creative Technology class have had a special visitor from Stemaiverse this week — Dr. Genevieve Meyer! Students have been exploring big ideas, building creative solutions, and diving into hands-on STEM activities. 🚀🔬

🙏 We at Valley View Middle School are keeping Manila students in our thoughts and prayers this #ThoughtfulThursday. Today, we’ve traded our Blue and Gold 💙💛 for Black and Gold 🖤💛 to show our support!
