🎉 This week’s #RonClarkFriday was filled with exciting celebrations and House Pride! 💙 We welcomed and sorted our new students, helping them feel right at home. 💛 We also recognized our incredible paraprofessionals—our school truly would not run without their dedication and support. 🥁 Students enjoyed an outstanding drumline performance from Ms. Gudea’s class. ⭐️ We proudly celebrated our Teacher of the Month and Students of the Month, who were selected based on our word of the month, courage. We also honored our Teacher of the Year, Laura Smith! 🎤 Our 5th grade students brought the energy with an amazing house themed rap performance. 🏆🩵 To top it all off, the Spirit Stick was awarded to Protos! ✨ We are so proud of the joy, talent, and excellence shown by our students and staff each week! #VVMSPride

📚 Valley View GT students traveled to ASU today to compete in the CRESC Battle of the Books tournament alongside other area schools! 📖 ✨ Our students read 12 chapter books and were quizzed over their knowledge—and they did an amazing job! 💙 We’re proud to share that Valley View earned both 2nd and 3rd place overall. 🏆 A special shoutout to Elleigh Anderson for placing 3rd individually in overall points—what a fantastic achievement! 💛 We are so proud of all of our readers for their hard work and dedication. #BlazerPride🔥

🏀🎉 March Madness: House Party Edition! 🎉🏀 The competition was on as our houses went head-to-head with their sister houses in a full day of games! From Knockout, Pickleball, and Volleyball to 4 Square, Giant Connect 4, Chess, and Baggo, there was something for everyone. Students earned points for their house not only by winning games, but also by showing great sportsmanship along the way 👏💙. We love seeing our Blazers compete, encourage one another, and have fun doing it! #BlazerPride 🔥 #EightHousesOneFamily

💃🌴 Mrs. Frego’s class is bringing the Caribbean to life! As part of their Caribbean unit, students in Mrs. Frego’s class are learning to salsa dance! There’s nothing better than getting out of our seats, moving to the music, and experiencing culture in a fun, hands-on way.
