The Valley View Office of Special Education will hold a meeting with homeschool parents who have a student(s), who live in our district, have a child who had an IEP in the public school setting, and are currently homeschooling to discuss possible services your child can receive through a services plan. ☀️🕶️As a reminder, Valley View School District campuses will be closed for in-person instruction on Monday, April 8. This date will be an Alternate Methods of Instruction (AMI) day to ensure the safety of all students and staff with the projected impacts on traffic before and during dismissal time and due to the impact closures of other facilities have had on district staff available to report to work. From Blazer grads to Blazer teachers, we are thankful to have our hometown educators like Ms. Lyndsey Rich! Lyndsey is a 2006 graduate of Valley View High School. She has been teaching for 10 years and is currently the Medical Academy teacher at the high school. Lyndsey’s favorite memories of being a student at Valley View include being captain of the dance team, being in the first musical in the Fine Arts Center with Mr. Gunter playing Gaston, playing volleyball for Coach McGee, lunch table friendships, and basketball homecoming activities. #TeamBlazer #Blazergrads
