Ron Teat was hired last night at the April Board meeting as Valley View Athletic Director. Coach Teat is completing his 25th year in education and coaching—with 20 of those years at Valley View. A proud graduate of Arkansas State University, Teat received a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, including five years of playing college football. Ron’s passion for sports and leadership is matched by his commitment to fostering a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes. He is married to his wife, Shelley and they have 3 children, Jacob (Molly), Maddie, and Emmie who are all Valley View graduates. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, taking care of his chickens, grilling and attending sporting events. Congratulations, Coach Teat! #BlazerPride🔥
