Valley View Intermediate had a special guest stop by—Valley View Class of 2021 Graduate CJ Delancy! 🎓 CJ currently attends and plays basketball at Chicago State University, and while home on Spring Break, he took the time to visit sixth grade teacher Ms. Jones and inspire our students!
Not only did he shoot some hoops with the students🏀, but he also shared some powerful words of advice:
✨ “Set a goal—then do the work.”
📚 “Keep your grades up, especially if you want to go to college.”
💪 “If someone isn’t nice to you, just brush it off and keep working toward your goals.”
