Our 6th grade GT students participated in the Scarlet to Black Financial Wellness Challenge at Arkansas State University! ❤️🖤🐺
💵 They were put to the test with a 65-question financial literacy exam, practiced their budgeting and construction skills by building a tower on a budget, and participated in a Reality Fair where they were randomly assigned a job and salary and had to make real-life spending decisions.
We are so proud of the way our students applied their knowledge and rose to the challenge! 👏✨

Please join us for the 14th Annual CTE Dinner and Auction tonight in the High School Cafeteria. The dinner will start at 5pm with the auction to follow at 6pm. Meal tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door. All proceeds benefit Valley View High School's Career and Technical Programs.

🎶🎵 Students from Jonesboro, Nettleton, Brookland and All Saints Lutheran schools took the stage in a grand joint performance that also featured professional musicians from the Delta Symphony Orchestra.
🎤 Not only did these students put on a great performance but they represented our school and community so well. Bravo Tutti!
