Mrs. Medlin’s students hosted a special Thanksgiving meal! They practiced dining etiquette and prepared the entire meal, inviting a teacher to join them for this memorable experience. What a wonderful way to celebrate and learn valuable skills!

🕯️ Day of the Dead Projects 🕯️
In honor of Día de los Muertos, celebrated on November 1st and 2nd, our students have been hard at work creating beautiful projects to remember and honor their loved ones in Ms. Fairley's class.
They crafted traditional calavera paper masks, baked pan de muerto (Bread of the Dead), and created unique lanterns, decorated wooden spoons and rocks, along with many other meaningful pieces.
Each project reflects the love and remembrance at the heart of this special tradition. 🖤💀

During Celebrate Freedom Week, the Social Studies department hosted an Artist Trading Card event! Students had the opportunity to get creative and design their own cards, which they then traded with each other. A great way to learn and have fun together!

Invite your friends to come with you! We're happy to offer this to our community. Valley View PTA is hosting this event as a Health & Safety Project as a philanthropy project for our students. 💙💛🔥 ‼️ No students or children will be allowed to be present due to the nature of the talk.
Just a reminder that the Jr High will NOT be transporting students to the High School this morning for homecoming activities. If students would Jr High Students would like to go they are welcome to attend the activities that are open to everyone but will need to be transoported by a parent or guardian (graphic below). All JH student who attend the events at the high school today will need to sign in with Mrs. Wildy while there in order to be excused for mornign classes. Thank you for your understanding.
